Carolina Perlingiere has more than 11 years of experience working on Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability issues in the private sector and at international organizations. She is a co-founder of Rio Ethical Fashion, the first international sustainable fashion forum in Brazil, and an independent CSR consultant.

Previously, she co-founded Fauna, an online platform focused on sustainable fashion brands from Brazil. Carolina was the United Nations Global Compact’s Client Engagement Manager for the Americas and Spain, and held consultant positions at the UN-backed Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and the UN Global Compact's LEAD platform in New York.

She also worked as a researcher with the UN Development Programme in Singapore and Indonesia, and held in-house positions at a Global Fortune 500 company in Brazil, where she focused on climate change issues.

Carolina holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, a Master of Public Policy from the National University of Singapore, and a BSc in International Relations from IBMEC School in Rio de Janeiro.
